Milestone and Lookout Tower 里程碑與遼望塔
2012 is not only a milestone also a lookout tower for Taiwan. The milestone represents the tracks from the past to today,also a new beginning after the founding of a century. In addition, the lookout tower that is necessary for Taiwan means to look ahead and clearly see through the future.
For Taiwan Realty,standing at this point also represents the meanings of milestone and lookout tower. In the past five years, Taiwan Realty grew up with the speed of a record high and became the fastest one at its growth in national real estate corporations. The milestone of 400 stores and 8,000 employees shows the record of the efforts made by all colleagues. Furthermore, as standing on the lookout tower, Taiwan Realty is the first Taiwan major real estate industry that enters the ASEAN market and actively participates on the woeld stage. In China, we have cooperated with the real estate leading brands in first-tier cities, establishing Asia Pacific International Joint Sales Network and authorizing more than 1,500 sales channels to joint or distribution sales. At the same time, we start to actively expand our business to ASEAN countries such as Simgapore and Malaysia with frequent international cooperation.
No matter how fast our organization expands and how big our scale is, "Hear the wishes of people having their homes" is always in my mind. The core of real estate industries is service economy, also economic well-being. For me, how to use our own professions to hear the wishes from people one step earlier and satisfy them is our Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), also the most suitable contribution for our own land.
The milestone and the lookout tower are buildings. For them, the most important thing is to secure the foundations. We have firmly secured our positions all over Taiwan since Taiwan Realty Business Group has been established. We stand on the lookout tower to see throught the future. I believe all our colleagues are ready to stand at the key positions for bringing themselves and Taiwan Realty to a higher level!
